I have been regretful lately over times I missed a workout because I could not pull myself away from a 16-hour video game binge session. As I was preparing for the first few yoga videos and, as I’ll link, the first of my livestream videos, I wanted to deliver on short workouts intended to get me (and you) off the couch. My thoughts are fairly straightforward: “if I get off the couch for a couple minutes to workout maybe I’ll do laundry too!”
Over the next few weeks, I’ll bring more free workouts videos centered around my off-the-couch gaming workouts. It’ll take some time but you’ll be able to find warm-ups, balance and core training, cool-downs, some gaming yoga, and resistance training.
