Yoga for Weightlifters Series

I’ve started teaching classes that you can find on Moxie. My next class will be tonight at 8:30 P.M. MST and you can see my entire up-to-date schedule on Moxie. For one of my classes, I’ve decided to begin to incorporate movements that are beneficial post-weight training. Today, as part of my classes, I went through a fairly standard legs, hips, biceps workout and then followed it up with the introduction of the Yoga for Weightlifters series.
