Bedtime Yoga: Hip Flexors

Last evening we went through an asana intended to bring relaxation and activation toward the hip flexors area. The practice was a little bit challenging, however, by maintaining attention and focus on our breath, we can move through it.


The asana practice was more physical for a bedtime yoga sequence and includes:

  1. Pigeon Pose;
  2. Warrior 1;
  3. Warrior 2;
  4. Crescent Lunge;
  5. Low Lunge;
  6. Revolved Side Angle Pose;
  7. Supta Baddha Konasana.
