Today’s asana intended to set out more of the basics. We move through a more standard asana practice incorporating multiple Sun Salutation variations as well as extra workout material focusing time during glutei bridges. I would add, however, that today is a little more physical because of the number of chaturangas we take and vinyasa sequences we move through.

Although I mentioned that this is part of the bear basics, we continue to build on our previous movements and fixes such as opening the chest during triangle pose or moving the gaze. As we continue through the basics, I will continue to work to find sequencing that speaks to everyone where they are at.
