Last night we moved through a bedtime yoga sequence for the gods! We moved through some fairly standard movements to help promote a better and more relaxed rest. I planned this sequence around hip openers and ways in which we could get ourselves a little sweat before bed.
You can, of course, always tune in to YouTube to check for the next scheduled days: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC8DX3DGuiBbvqseVLDe7K7g/.

This evening we skipped a strenuous core workout, however, I wanted to make sure that we get into the hip flexors.
