Nude-ish Yoga

Alan will introduce you to the basic movements of yoga vinyasa as I invite you to wear your everyday workout gear, just undergarments, or “shed” whatever you wish as we move through our practice.

Hey, I’m Alan. I’m the founder of Broz Fitness and a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Yoga Teacher at the 200-Hour Level. I’ve been practicing yoga since 2010 and seek to incorporate movements into my classes that complement the tips I provide in my Personal Training clients and One-on-One Private Yoga Sessions.
