Restorative Yoga

During Restorative Yoga at Broz Fitness, Alan moves the class through the use of a Yoga Bolster in order to promote a sense of group relaxation. All classes are very prop-heavy and we respectfully request everyone have a Yoga Bolster and Yoga Blocks.
