20 One-Hour Personal Training Sessions
This plan is intended to be for individuals interested in getting fit. This plan includes one completely custom workout plan for the coming 4-week period. These sessions are intended to be used over a 1 to 6-month period and are completely refundable.
Resistance Training Suited to Your Equipment
50 One-Hour Personal Training Sessions
This plan is for serious individuals set with their mind on a goal. These fifty one-hour personal training sessions are intended to be used over a three-month period and will include three 4-Week Consultations and three 4-Week Customized Workout Plans as well as any necessary assessments. All outstanding personal training sessions are completely refundable if not used.
